Customs and Duties
1.When ordering from us, you are considered the importer and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and do not assume responsibility for any local customs laws and/or duties and taxes after selling. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

2.If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and buyer claim dispute, we have right to ignore this dispute and do not cover the refunds.

3.If we have refunds agreements, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. The balance will be refunded back to you after we receive the items.


Delivery Time
Our standard processing time for all orders is approximately 1-2 business days. Therefore to get an accurate idea of the total delivery time for your order, take note of this simple equation:

PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME = DELIVERY TIME

Packing
Prior to shipping, your order will be wrapped in cardboard box packing for protection.

If you feel that your shipment has been lost, please contact us immediately and we will trace the shipment and determine if it is actually lost or just delayed. If it is lost, a replacement order will be processed and shipped immediately, no extra cost will be charaged for this replacement.
