Men are often proud of their self-control stronger than women’s. However to talk about smoking cessation, why men is the losers? Smoking is a habit acquired from learning, which can be get rid of. Of course, there are many discomfort in the beginning of smoking cessation, the same as a close friend left. However, you should know that cigarettes are not true friends, completely severed such relations is the best. In order to shake off smoking sickness, smokers should quit smoking in early age and take some advance measurements.

Now there are many ways to quit smoking, as long as you have the determination, try, not without effect.

(1) Reducing the number of smoking: Conscious to reduce the number of smoking step by step will be a good start. Before cessation, the best is make a smoking cessation program. Then calculate the number of daily smoking, turn the unconscious smoking habits into conscious smoking. Every day away home, take with a few cigarettes as far as possible, so that easy to spend them.

(4) Alienation therapy: suddenly quit smoking is more difficult than slow quit smoking. You can try to stop smoking one day, gradually to extend the stopped smoking time. (5) Stimulate its visual: Regularly watch videos of smoking related diseases, triggered by the film, then to create psychological fear on smoking and increase smoking cessation determination.


(6) See its savings in money: every month put the money which is used for buying cigarettes into a transparent glass bottle, then you can see how much money the cigarettes burned. (7) Conditioned reflex therapy: rapid smoking in the short term, smoking quantity is three times as the normal. Until you have a strong unbearable reaction, such as dizziness, nausea, rapid heartbeat and so on. Repeat smoking like this for several times then have disgusting conditioned reflex. This is a no-alternative methods which is not suitable for cardiovascular diseases. You should try this method at last.
